Our purpose is to support organisations that focus on the safety, well-being and economic vitality of town centres and their citizens by providing access to digital communications and lifesaving equipment.
B. Our Mission
Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art street furniture to strengthen community vitality and resilience by providing digital services and life-saving equipment to make people feel better connected and safer in their communities.
We aim to remain leaders of this space, responding to changing needs of citizens within an ever-evolving technology landscape, focusing on keeping people connected, saving lives, and driving real public and community benefits in every town and city across the UK.

D. Board of Directors
Patrick Fisher – Founder and CEO
Patrick previously co founded Wildstone Capital who specialised in out of home advertising. Many of the sites developed by Wildstone deliver positive social value beyond their purpose as advertising platforms.
Recognising the power of an advertising funded model to deliver social value, Patrick took this approach to the next level by establishing UIC and its first service, the Pulse network. Patrick is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairs the Board of Directors.
Ollie Smith – Director
Ollie joined the Board of Directors in 2024 bringing with him a wealth of experience in project management. Ollie currently leads the development arm of the business and day-to-day operations.
Ollie has always taken a deep interest in public spaces and the functions of the public realm. Ollie is a Chartered Town Planner and started his career in Planning Consultancy before moving into large-scale property development and regeneration. He has always been passionate about creating new spaces for an existing or new community and finding ways to drive real positive change and increased social value. Putting people at the heart of decision making.
Ollie thrives off engaging with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of different needs of people, organisations and the community. This enables him to tailor approaches to suit what’s required.
